Conversion and Scale: a 3–7 page website with a contact form forwarded to your designated email address, a gallery, FAQ, and informational content within the agreed scope.

Loyalty and Growth: a 5–10 page website with customer login, loyalty cards, service requests and tracking, integrated CRM, and site settings, alongside the contact form, gallery, and FAQ.

The selected tier’s page range replaces the earlier range; page allowances do not stack. Every package includes your Soludek.com customer area for website management and business information. The customer login, CRM, and settings in Loyalty and Growth are integrated into your own website.

Website creation uses an existing template and a guided wizard to collect your choices. Included adjustments cover an available palette, supplied photo cropping, supplied text placement, and reordering existing sections where supported. Each template is designed for one service category and includes only basic SEO matched to that template.

Business launch starts with a B2B consultation to understand your needs and prepare your website and business profiles together. Every bundle includes Google Maps setup, custom SEO, social media setup, and the option to upgrade. A system tour, tutorial, and documentation are included. At the end of the first month of initial setup, we review your package with you and include one small change free. Scale adds a Google Maps review QR code; Growth adds a brief data analysis and summary sent at the end of each month.

Every package includes hosting, an SSL certificate, routine maintenance, backups, and email support. Domain registration and renewal costs are not included in the monthly service fee and are charged separately. Website creation packages include no free monthly editing time. Business bundles include 15 minutes per month with Startup, 30 with Scale, and 60 with Growth. Unused time carries over to future months. The selected tier’s allowance replaces the earlier tier allowances.

Website modifications cost $50/hour for website packages, or after included and carried-over time is used for business bundles. We provide an estimate when you send a change request. Small photo or text changes can take less than an hour; major site structure changes can take 3–5 hours. Actual time depends on the request. New pages, features, and integrations are quoted separately.

Included within the agreed loyalty scope of Loyalty and Growth on supported templates. A branded enrollment page and QR code help customers join, verify email or phone, and add a branded card to their phone without a separate app. Authorized staff scan each customer’s QR code, confirm eligible purchases, and redeem rewards. The service checks the current balance, prevents duplicate transactions, and keeps transaction history.

Your quote confirms the template, point or stamp rules, rewards, locations, customer and staff limits, verification method, and issuer account ownership. Apple and Google issuer setup, approvals, and testing must be completed before launch. Saved card balance updates are included; display timing depends on the platform and connection. Point-of-sale integrations, NFC tap support, a separate mobile app, and additional workflows require a quote.

SEO, profiles, and advertising features cover initial setup as specified in your quote. Ongoing SEO, campaign management, new marketing content, email/SMS usage, and advertising spend are separate. Scale’s booking link connects customers to a booking service; a custom scheduling system needs a quote. Domain setup assistance does not include registration, renewals, business email, or third-party subscriptions. Payment processing fees are separate: see Stripe’s Canadian pricing.

QR loyalty cards are available for $35/month with Presence and Conversion website packages, and Startup and Scale business bundles. They are already included in Loyalty and Growth.

Conversion, Loyalty, Scale, and Growth can add Stripe payments for $149.99 setup + $15/month. Owners can manage the prices of services on their request form and their service tiers. Stripe processing fees are separate. Include your preferred add-ons in a quote request; we confirm the total before purchase. All prices are in CAD before tax.

Upgrading a business bundle saves 30% on the new tier’s initial setup fee, because some setup is already complete. For example, Startup to Scale costs $899.99 minus a $270.00 discount = $629.99 setup, then $79.99/month before tax. Monthly fees are not discounted. We confirm the amount due and when the new monthly fee takes effect before you proceed.

Your quote confirms pages, revision rounds, supplied text and images, customization, included and carried-over editing time, account limits, workflows, integrations, loyalty rules, SEO and marketing scope, timing, support, billing start date, any minimum term, cancellation, ownership, transfers, and additional costs.
