1. Our agreement
Soludek provides website and business services from Quebec, Canada. These terms cover our website, accounts, quotes, purchases, and agreed services. Your accepted quote or service agreement describes the specific work, price, billing start date, support, ownership and transfer arrangements, minimum term (if any), and cancellation terms. We confirm these before you commit. A request for a quote does not purchase a service.
2. Prices and recurring billing
Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. Packages have a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee. Your payment review shows the amount due and applicable taxes; recurring charges continue according to your agreement until cancellation takes effect. Package prices are not added together, and a business launch bundle includes its own website. Changes to public prices apply to new purchases; changes to an existing agreement require the notice and consent required by law. Contact [email protected] for billing or cancellation questions, or use the subscription management link when available. Any refund or cancellation entitlement required by law remains available.
3. Preparation, approval, and delivery
Website packages use existing templates and materials you supply through the guided setup. Human verification, small adjustments within the template, a private preview, and one consolidated round of small revisions are included. Business setup packages begin with a B2B consultation to understand your needs before website and business-profile setup. Each business package includes Google Maps setup, social media setup, custom SEO, a free system tour, a tutorial with documentation, and a review at the end of the first setup month with one small change at no extra charge. Scale includes a Google Maps review QR code. Growth includes a brief monthly data analysis and summary sent to you. The target for a standard template preview is 2–3 business days after all materials and scope are confirmed, not a guaranteed publication date. More complex work receives its own schedule. We publish after your approval, final checks, and required domain or third-party account setup. Submitting a wizard does not publish a site immediately.
4. Monthly service and changes
Monthly fees cover hosting, SSL, routine maintenance, backups, and email support. Website creation packages include no free monthly editing time. Business setup packages include 15 minutes (Startup), 30 minutes (Scale), or 60 minutes (Growth) of monthly edits, and unused time carries over. The monthly allowance is the total for the selected tier. Website changes cost $50/hour after any included editing time is used. We provide the price after reviewing your change request and before work begins. Small photo or text changes typically take less than one hour; major site structure changes can take 3–5 hours. Business setup customers upgrading to a higher package save 30% on the target package’s initial setup fee because some setup is already complete; monthly fees are not discounted. We confirm the upgrade price and billing date before proceeding.
5. Optional service add-ons
Presence, Conversion, Startup, and Scale can add QR loyalty for $35/month; it is included in Loyalty and Growth. Conversion, Loyalty, Scale, and Growth can add Stripe payment integration for $149.99 setup plus $15/month, including owner management of service-form and service-tier prices. Add-ons are extra to the package price and are confirmed with us before purchase. Stripe processing fees remain separate.
6. Third-party services and loyalty
Domain registration and renewal, business email, third-party subscriptions, payment processing fees, messaging usage, advertising spend, ongoing marketing, and out-of-scope work are separate unless expressly included. Website creation packages include only basic SEO matching the chosen template for one specific service category; business setup packages include custom SEO. SEO and advertising deliverables cover initial setup, not guaranteed rankings or sales. Wallet loyalty is included in the agreed scope of Loyalty and Growth on supported templates. The quote defines rules, rewards, locations, limits, verification, issuer ownership, and integrations. Apple and Google setup, approvals, and testing must be complete before launch; balance display timing depends on the platform and connection. A QR scan identifies a membership; authorized staff confirm eligible purchases and redemptions. Do not share card credentials or use a card fraudulently.
7. Your materials, accounts, and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You must have the rights and permissions to supply text, logos, photos, contact lists, and other materials. You authorize us to use them to deliver the agreed service; ownership of your supplied materials remains yours. Website ownership, source delivery, third-party licenses, and transfer arrangements are confirmed in your agreement. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, abuse forms or APIs, bypass access controls, or send marketing without required consent. We may restrict access proportionately where needed to address security, unlawful use, or a material breach, with notice where practicable and subject to applicable law.
8. Questions, changes, and applicable law
Contact Soludek at [email protected] about service, privacy, billing, or complaints. We publish the date of changes to these terms and provide any notice required for existing agreements. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules. Nothing here excludes a legal warranty or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Customers and French-language contracts
Our services are available for business and personal use. Personal purchases begin with a quote and a complete written service agreement before payment; direct package checkout requires confirmation of business use. That declaration does not waive rights provided by law. Consumer protections apply whenever you qualify as a consumer under applicable law; the name of a package does not determine that status. The French version of these terms is available on our French-language website, including from the acceptance form. Choosing an English interface alone does not choose an English contract. The English acceptance statement expressly requests an English contract after access to the French version. French contracts and related documents are available without additional fees. If the versions differ, you retain the right to rely on either version where the Charter of the French language provides it.
10. Cancellation and amounts owing
You may request cancellation by email at [email protected], by telephone at 514-577-3299, or through the subscription portal when available. Identify your order and the requested end date; no particular wording is required. We confirm the effective date and the account settlement in writing. Your right to terminate a service contract under articles 2125 and 2129 of the Civil Code of Québec is preserved: amounts payable and any refund are determined from the services actually provided, expenses and other amounts lawfully owing. Unearned advances are returned as required by law. A setup fee is not automatically non-refundable, and cancellation does not automatically make all future subscription payments due. Canceling hosting may make your site unavailable; contact us about any agreed content or domain transfer before the end date. Legal cancellation rights do not depend on completing a transfer or using the portal.
11. Consumer purchases at a distance
Before a consumer purchase, the offer must identify the merchant and describe the service, all charges and taxes, the total and recurring payments, performance timing and cancellation conditions. You must be able to review, correct or refuse the offer. You are entitled to a written contract that can be saved and printed, including your name and address, the contract date and the required disclosures, within 15 days after the contract is made. An invoice or payment receipt alone does not replace this detailed agreement. If required information, the contract copy or performance is missing or late, the Consumer Protection Act may allow cancellation within its specific time limits. A cancellation under those distance-contract provisions requires a refund within 15 days; credit-card chargeback rights may apply if the refund is not made. These rights are additional to applicable service-contract termination rights. Contact us to report an error or exercise a right; you may also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur.
12. Changes, suspension and mandatory protections
Publishing revised terms does not by itself change a contract already accepted. Changes to an existing consumer contract must respect the legal requirements for permitted clauses, notice and any right to refuse or cancel. We do not reserve a general right to increase an agreed price or reduce an agreed service unilaterally. Any suspension or termination by Soludek remains subject to the Civil Code and applicable consumer rules, including required reasons and notice. Nothing in these terms waives legal warranties, compensation for which liability cannot be excluded, access to the courts, or a class action. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign jurisdiction is imposed.
